Sera is becoming more and more her own person, which is a polite way of saying she's becoming ornery when she doesn't get her way, which is another polite way of saying we're definitely hitting the "twos."
On our way home tonight, Jim and I were discussing the recent changes in her behavior when I remembered something that happened on the drive home from Atlanta last week. Sera wanted out of the car. She tried chanting up, up, up and out, out, out, but neither had worked. Her new tactic? She made a raspberry type of noise and then started shouting, "Bahpoo." Bahpoo, by the way, is Sera's word for diaper.
You gotta love that girl.

Too cute! Erin was much the same way at 2. If she's any indication of how Sera will be, then 5 will be a hoot. You'll need to keep plenty of coffee & tylenol on hand.
Make her stop! She's starting to look more and more like a little girl and less like a baby. They never seem to stay little quite long enough... I always love the bigger-kid phases, too (even when I *ahem* don't always like them) but they never return to that tiny/baby look.
*Sigh*
She always makes me smile!
Oh those pig tails!! I just want to smooch her up!
LOL! Well she has your number.
Beverly
Oh that clever girl!
