3 Word Sunday

Breakfast is Jim's specialty. If it's in the refrigerator, it's likely to end up in an omelet. He's made all sorts of combinations, and all have been delicious. This mornings concoction included small slices of potato, ground beef, Rotel tomatoes, mushrooms, and cheese. Sera also gets into the breakfast thing. She brought me an egg and tea.
Both were delicious!

Okay, I suppose that it was technically ground beef, but it was prepared by grilling a burger and hash brown patties on the gas grill and then chopping them up using an Pampered Chef onion chopper. The onions and mushrooms were sauteed together in the omelet pan prior to the eggs being cooked. Magi probably couldn't tell that the beef and hash browns were grilled because the Rotel tomatoes overpowered the other flavors.

My omelet was better, because I skipped the Rotel and used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.

She's right, though. Nothing in the refrigerator is safe from the omelet pan!
